Therefore, the United States Advanced Battery Consortium (USABC) has made corresponding regulations and forced EV batteries to pass the Variable Power Discharge Test before they are released to the market.
The fundamental requirement is a stable output voltage which can be controlled with high dynamism and precision even with rapid load changes.
