BTS5V600A2CH Neware Battery Test System is industrial scale testing machine,it is used to test module,pack and battery storage.It has four channels per unit,each of channel is independent and could do different charging discharging task at the same time.Channels could be in parallel to test higher current.
As BTS5V600A Battery Test System has high testing accuracy,multi-current test range,stable function and speed data record frequency,so BTS5V600A could be used to do driving simulation testing,HPPC testing,DCIR testing and Pulse testing.
Neware battery test system is controlled by the software,user could edit charging discharging step here.The client software has the function of “jump”,during battery testing,if user want to quit current step and start from another step,”jump” function could achieve.It also have “continue” function too.When battery tester is running and user need leave,they have to stop testing.But once user back,they need continue testing,”continue” function could achieve the purpose and continue to test start from any step user select.
After battery testing,Neware offer BTSDA software to analyze testing data,the whole testing process is under Neware client software monitoring.

User behavior while driving electric vehicles, however, such as starting the car, pressing the accelerator and hitting the brake (regenerative braking) highly affects battery performance, and even its cycle life. Therefore, the United States Advanced Battery Consortium (USABC) has made corresponding regulations and forced EV batteries to pass the Variable Power Discharge Test before they are released to the market.
The fundamental requirement is a stable output voltage which can be controlled with high dynamism and precision even with rapid load changes.
